He is a true gentleman and has earned the respect of both Republicans and Democrats. Cheney says he is an honest and discreet advisor for Bush during his presidency. Cheney has accepted the Republican vice-presidential nomination Cheney said that he is looking forward to working with a president who will work to achieve his goals by reaching across the partisan aisle and working alongside political adversaries to achieve a mutual goal. Richard Bruce Cheney born Jan 30th, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska, the son Richard Herbert Cheney the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. At the age of 13, Richard Bruce and his family moved in Casper (in Wyoming, the State of Wyoming) where his father served as Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's soil conservation district.
